The Newbiz Academy specialises in training creative agencies to enhance their new business strategies and marketing efforts. Founded in Paris in 2023, the academy expanded to the UK in 2024, led by Pia de Malherbe.

In its inaugural year in France, The Newbiz Academy helped many agencies transform their approach to new business, achieving remarkable success. 
Catherine Saint Loubert-Bié, the founder, states: "Our tailored training has resonated with French agencies, and I believe we can achieve the same in the dynamic UK market."
 

Courses are interactive, blending theory with practical application through real case studies. The goal is to equip agencies with the tools to develop effective new business strategies, driving growth. Additionally, we offer specialised training, such as optimising ChatGPT for agency pitches and new business. Our programmes target anyone in an agency responsible for business development, B2B prospecting, or pitching.

Bespoke training for communication professionals

The Newbiz Academy's training courses are designed for anyone working within a creative agency (advertising, design, digital, media, Influence & PR, etc.), whether in a leadership role, as a manager, or in an operational capacity.

The training courses emphasise interactivity, alternating between theory and practice. Reflection and exchange are prioritised, with practical application occurring throughout the course, using real-life cases provided by the participants.

Training can be conducted in-house at the agency's offices. Bespoke training options are available.
